Who is Jay Scobie?
Jay Scobie is a storyteller, musician, painter, and avid reader with Scottish heritage. Encouraged by her grandfather, she pursued music and grew up captivated by the intrigue of the Scottish Highlands, which continues to inspire her creativity. With a Bachelor of Science in Music and a minor in Psychology, she brings curiosity and passion to everything she does.
Her love of books comes from her mother, who read to her and her siblings constantly while they were growing up. Books have always been her refuge, shaping a love for diverse stories—suspense, fantasy, romance, and classics—that now fuel her own writing. Her work invites readers to step into the worlds she creates and experience every twist and turn alongside her characters.
When she’s not writing, Jay expresses herself through music and painting, always exploring new ways to connect, create, and share stories.
